Indicator Fields

Indicators are fields that have a yes or no value, typically marked through check boxes or option buttons. Indicators that are selected have true or yes values.

Report Criteria Expressions for indicator fields allow you to specify whether the indicator is true. In the Report Criteria window, indicator fields have a question mark (?) at the end of the field name.

Define a Report Criteria Expression for an indicator field:

1. Locate the field for which you want to specify report criteria.

   The field to define the type of filter is always set to is for indicator fields.

2. Choose between two options:

   • Select No from the second field if the indicator value should be false.

   • Select Yes from the second field if the indicator value should be true.
